Borstlap Masters in Fasteners Group, a leading international distributor of fastening products with more than 85 branches in 15 countries and 1,600 employees, was sold in a LBO to ABN AMRO Capital.

PhiDelphi Corporate Finance acted as advisor to the Borstlap management in this leveraged buy out.
