Clearwater International advises Kendrion on its sale to Gnosjögruppen
Clearwater International has advised Kendrion, a component and systems supplier, on the sale of its automotive metals activities, to Gnosjö-Gruppen Holding AB, a newly formed Swedish investment group, in which the current management participates.
Kendrion Automotive Metals has branches in Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, and Hong Kong, employing 700 staff members and turnover of €100m.
Kendrion N.V. designs, manufacturers, and sells high-quality electromagnetic and metal components to car and truck manufacturers. The company also processes and distributes semi-finished plastics. With around 3,000 employees across Europe, China and the US, Kendrion shares are listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
