Standard Investment sold Terwa to Deutsche Private Equity

Standard Investment sold its portfolio company Terwa to Deutsche Private Equity (DPE). PhiDelphi acted as advisor to Standard Investment.

Terwa ( produces and develops towbar (components) for the automotive industry and lifting systems and rebar connections for the construction industry. Terwa is headquartered and has a logistics center in the Netherlands. Moreover, Terwa owns a production facility in Romania, a sales office in Poland and a procurement office in China. The company employs more than 150 employees.
