We are an independent merger and acquisition expert, focusing on mid-market transactions. We work highly dedicated for private companies (manager-owners), multinationals, private equity investors and management teams. We have successfully realised over 250 transactions, of which more than a third cross-border. We support our clients with a broad range of corporate finance issues, yet assisting our clients with the sale of their company is our core service. Our working methods have not gone unnoticed in recent years and, as a result, multinationals and private equity investors have become regular clients. We also count a large number of DGAs and management teams amongst our ambassador base.
