Acquisition of Borstlap Masters in Fasteners Group by ABN AMRO Capital

Borstlap Masters in Fasteners Group, a leading international distributor of fastening products with more than 85 branches in 15 countries and 1,600 employees, was sold in an LBO to ABN AMRO Capital.

PhiDelphi Corporate Finance acted as advisor to the Borstlap management in this leveraged buy out.
