Clearwater International advises Carrier Airconditioning Benelux on the sale of its Dutch subsidiary to Systemair

Clearwater International advised Carrier Airconditioning Benelux, part of United Technologies, a diversified company that provides a broad range of high-tech products, on the sale of its Dutch subsidiary, Carrier Holland Heating, a manufacturer and distributor of air handling units, to Systemair, a leading ventilation company.

Carrier Holland Heating has 140 employees and engineers, manufactures, and distributes air handling units for healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as ships and offshore installations.

United Technologies is a diversified company providing a broad range of high-tech products and services to the global aerospace and building systems industries. The group includes Carrier, Otis, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky, with approximately 200,000 employees worldwide.

Systemair employs around 3,400 people and has operations in 44 countries across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and South Africa. The company engineers, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of energy efficient fans, air handling units, air distribution products, chillers, air curtains, and heating products.
