Hydratec acquired a 88.5% stake in Lias Industries
The Dutch and UK-based industrial holding company, Hydratec Industries, acquired a majority stake in Lias Industries, the Dutch holding company of Pas Reform and Lan Handling Systems.
Hydratec Industries (www.hydratec.nl), is an industrial holding company with production facilities in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. It manufactures electronic operating boards (Danielson Europe) and plastic parts and packages (Timmerije & Euro Mouldings). In 2010, Hydratec realised a net turnover of EUR 55 million with approximately 330 employees. Hydratec is listed at the Euronext Amsterdam (HYDRA).
Lias Industries is the industrial holding company of Pas Reform and Lan Handling Systems. Pas Reform engineers and manufactures egg incubators for the agricultural sector worldwide, with an annual turnover of approximately EUR 50 million. Lan Handling Systems engineers and manufactures handling systems for the food and pharmaceutical industry, with an annual net turnover of approximately EUR 10 million.
