Achmea, PGD and CGI acquired InAdmin Risco
A consortium consisting of Achmea, Pensioenfonds PGB and IT service provider CGI acquired InAdmin RiskCo. With the acquisition, the consortium sets up a new software platform for pension administration services. The platform will be based on the RiskCo Administratie Platform (‘RAP’) of the Dutch company InAdmin RiskCo. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Also Achmea Pensioenservices will use the new platform, which is in line with our ambition to become the best digital pension service provider of The Netherlands. The cooperation with PGB – and potential other parties – enables us to realize scale and cost advantages, from which our participants will benefit.”
The acquisition marks the tenth successful transaction in which PhiDelphi supports Achmea. Earlier, PhiDelphi advised Achmea in the sale of Winnock to Zorg van de Zaak, the sale of Health Centers to Fitland and the sale of Medinova to NPM Healthcare.

CGI (www.cgi.nl) is an international IT service provider with approximately 78,000 employees. The company offers a wide range of services, including business consulting, system integration services and managed services. CGI is listed and realised a revenue of CAD 12.1 billion in 2019
