Sibbing was sold to Ecclesia Group
Sibbing was acquired by international insurance broker Ecclesia Group. With the transaction, Ecclesia Group acquired a majority stake in the Dutch insurance- and financial advisor for healthcare professionals.
Sibbing has become part of Ecclesia Nederland, a group which includes Concordia de Keizer, EBC Nederland, Veerhaven Assuradeuren, Gebr. Sluyter and Finance & Insurance. Ecclesia is the German market leader in healthcare advisory; with the acquisition Sibbing and Ecclesia will be able to strengthen each other.
