2e2 sold its Dutch Integration & Services and Skilled Resourcing activities to Detron
The UK-based 2e2 Group sold its Dutch Integration & Services and Skilled Resourcing activities to Detron ICT & Telecom Groep. As part of the transaction, approximately 100 employees will transfer from 2e2 to Detron. Detron’s turnover increases by more than EUR 10 million through the acquisition.
2e2 (www.2e2.com) is an international IT Services organisation with offices in the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands. The company specialises in providing IT services in the areas of managed services, networking, management and consultancy, focused on complex IT infrastructures. 2e2 realised a turnover of GBP 330 million with approximately 2,500 employees in 2010.
Detron (www.detron.nl) was founded in 2008 and consists of various companies that all focus on a separate discipline within the IT and telecommunication services industry. The companies operate independently, but act as one if the client’s demand requires them to. Detron realises a turnover of over EUR 100 million with approximately 500 employees in 2011.
