Achmea has sold DFA service to InVesting
InVesting has acquired DFA service from Achmea. The acquisition enables InVesting to strengthen their position in the credit management sector.
DFA service is a provider of invoicing services to the medical industry (mostly dentists). DFA service runs a highly efficient invoicing service, by settling the majority of the invoices directly with the insurance companies. DFA service employs 35 people.
InVesting is a group of companies active in credit management, debt collection and purchase of bad debt portfolios. Group companies are Vesting Finance, Fiditon and InVesting. The InVesting group employs over 400 people. Partners of InVesting are HAL Investments, SNS Bank and Flanderijn Gerechtsdeurwaarders.
