Bergman Clinics acquired the eye care activities of Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei

Bergman Clinics, the largest chain of clinics for specialist medical care in the Netherlands, acquired the eye care activities of Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei. The acquisition is an important step in the development of Bergman’s eye care division. Bergman Clinics aims to further expand its network of eye care clinics in the coming years.

The carve-out of the eye care activities is an important step in the transformation of the Dutch healthcare landscape. PhiDelphi is proud of having advised Bergman on this first carve-out from a general hospital.
