Carrier Airconditioning Benelux, part of United Technologies (UTC), sold Carrier Holland Heating to Systemair (Sweden).

Carrier Holland Heating ( engineers, manufactures and distributes air handling units for healthcare, residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as for ships and offshore installations. With 140 employees, Carrier Holland Heating generated a turnover of EUR 32.5 million in 2012.

United Technologies ( is a diversified company that provides a broad range of high tech products and services to the global aerospace and building systems industries. UTC group companies include Carrier, Otis, Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky. With approximately 200,000 employees worldwide, UTC generated a turnover of USD 58 billion in 2011.

Systemair ( is a leading ventilation company with operations in 44 countries in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and South Africa. Systemair engineers, manufactures and distributes a wide range of energy efficient fans, air handling units, air distribution products, chillers, air curtains and heating products. In 2011, Systemair generated a turnover of SEK 4 billion and employed about 3,400 people.
