Connexxion OV has successfully won the competitive tender process for concession Amsterdam-Amstelland

Connexxion OV, a subsidiary of Transdev, has successfully won the competitive tender process for concession Amsterdam-Amstelland (“AML”). The concession Amsterdam-Amstelland is a ten years contract, starting December 2017, with the possibility for an additional five years extension. The contract value is about EUR 1 billion. In the AML region, over 30 million people are transported with buses each year.

PhiDelphi acted as advisor to Connexxion OV in the tender process.
