Facilicom Group sold its French subsidiaries to ATALIAN
Facility services provider Facilicom Group sold its French subsidiaries to ATALIAN. The French activities consist of subsidiaries Gom (cleaning) and Trigion (security and reception). Facilicom has the ambition to achieve a leading position in all its markets. This turned out to be unrealistic for the large French market. Furthermore, cross-border synergies are limited in this sector. Therefore, Facilicom decided to divest its subsidiaries to a French market player. ATALIAN is one of the leading facility services providers in France with activities in 30 countries worldwide.
Facilicom Group has chosen for PhiDelphi as M&A advisor due to their international network and local knowledge and contacts in France. Hans Gennissen, chairman of the board: “PhiDelphi did an excellent job in advising us in the divestment. Especially the close cooperation between PhiDelphi and their French colleagues of DC Advisory has proven to be of great value for the success of this transaction.”
