Gimeg was sold to Trigano
Gimeg, a leading wholesaler in the camping and leisure market, has been fully sold to publicly traded Trigano from France. The acquisition by Trigano allows both brands to further strengthen its market position in Europe. PhiDelphi has advised the owners of Gimeg on the transaction.

For the future, Gimeg expects to achieve further international sales growth by focusing on its strong own brands. Gimeg employs c. 60 employees.
