HG Capital sold the catalogue of music copyrights and Boosey & Hawkes to Imagem Music, an investment company of ABP.
Boosey & Hawkes is one of the world’s leading classical music publishers which owns the rights for more than 116,000 works by the 20th and 21st centuries’ most famous composers including Stravinsky, Rachmaninov, Britten and Prokofiev.
Imagem Music is an investment company of ABP and CP Masters. ABP is the pension fund for the Dutch civil servants.
