Inter Access was sold to SLTN
Inter Access, a portfolio company of Rabo Private Equity, was sold to SLTN. The acquisition of Inter Access is the next step SLTN’s strategy to become a full service IT provider in the Benelux. The transaction enables SLTN and Inter Access to offer their customers a complete range of high-quality IT solutions, services and products. The acquisition creates an IT company with a turnover of more than EUR 150 million.
Inter Access is an experienced IT service provider that supports companies in connecting systems, people and organisations in an intelligent way in a rapidly changing world. Through its in-depth knowledge of applications and infrastructures, Inter Access successfully executes complex projects in three key sectors: government, healthcare and financial services. In 2012, Inter Access realised a turnover of EUR 77 million with 420 employees.
SLTN (www.sltn.nl) is a leading data centre specialist, founded by the current CEO Eugene Tuijnman in 1997. SLTN delivers innovative products and services to a wide range of customers. The core competencies of SLTN are consolidation, virtualisation, design and implementation of IT infrastructures and managed (cloud) services. In 2012, SLTN realised a turnover of EUR 65 million with 86 employees.
