Intres merged with Euretco
The shareholders of Intres B.V. and Euretco B.V. have merged both entities into one holding company. The merged organisation will be the largest retail service organisation in the Netherlands with almost 2,400 affiliated retailers that together operate 3,500 stores within the branches fashion, living, media and sports. The two companies represent a total consumer turnover of approximately EUR 3 billion. The merged organisation will be named Euretco.
Intres is a cooperative retailservice organisation with 210 employees and 1,000 affiliated retailers operating a total of 1,500 stores.
Euretco (www.euretco.com), owned by Avedon Capital Partners and management, is a retail service organisation with 220 employees and 1,400 affiliated retailers operating a total of 2,000 stores.
