Management and H2 Equity Partners acquired Brink Group from Nordic Capital

The management of Brink Group and H2 Equity Partners acquired Brink Group from Nordic Capital. Brink, a leading European producer of towbar systems, wants to expand and strengthen its leading position in the European market with a focus on innovation, marketing and product development. H2 will support Brink with its growth and development ambitions.

Brink (www.brink.eu) is a leading developer and manufacturer of fixed, detachable and retractable towbar systems. Brink sells directly to major car manufacturers as well as to the aftermarket. For the development of new towbar systems, Brink co-operates directly with the major car manufacturers. With about 600 employees and five production facilities, Brink is active in seven countries in Europe and South Africa. Brink became an independent participation of Nordic Capital after its spin-off from Thule in September 2014.
