Clearwater International advises FlexNL on the merger with DPA Holding into DPA-Flex
Clearwater International has advised FlexNL, on the merger with DPA Holding NV, a manufacturer of fire rated AC duct coating and duct accessories listed on the Euronext Amsterdam.
Following the merger, the companies will offer their joint services under the name of DPA Flex Group. The combined entity will primarily provide secondment services in the fields of finance, supply chain, ICT, HRM, legal services, project management, and strategy. The newly formed DPA Flex Group will employ approximately 1,000 people.
