Nmbrs was sold to Visma
Nmbrs, a SaaS company supporting clients in HR and payroll administration, has been acquired by Visma, a market leader in software for business processes and related consultancy services.
Michiel Chevalier, owner and CEO of Nmbrs: “Joining with Visma gives us an excellent opportunity to expand nationally and internationally and to further develop our platform. By collaborating with the growing Visma family, we will strengthen our trusted position to our clients and employees.”
Willem Daris, partner at PhiDelphi and involved in the transaction: “There is a strong consolidation among software solution providers focused on administrative processes. The ambition of various parties, such as Visma, is to develop a platform on which a complete package of solutions is offered to accountancy firms and SMEs in Europe. The acquisition of Nmbrs by Visma marks this wave of consolidation.”
Earlier this year PhiDelphi advised Visionplanner, a provider of software which offers users to gain more insight into financial and non-financial data, on the sale to Visma. With the sale of Nmbrs, PhiDelphi strengthens its position in the software sector.
