Clearwater International advises Royal Ten Cate on the sale of Ten Cate Plasticum to NPM Capital
Clearwater International has advised Royal Ten Cate, a producer of sustainable animal fats and proteins listed on the Euronext Amsterdam, on its sale of Ten Cate Plasticum, a leading European manufacturer of high-quality injection moulded plastic packaging products, to the investment company NPM Capital.
Ten Cate Plasticum specialises in designing, developing, and manufacturing aerosol and dispensing packaging solutions, and closure and container products for the personal care, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and household industries. With 200 employees in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK, the company generates turnover of €36m.
