Clearwater International has advised BBI Group, the shareholder of Bloomerce, one of Europe’s leading independent online fieldwork companies, on its sale to Survey Sampling International (SSI), a renowned supplier of samples to survey research agencies.
Bloomerce, headquartered in Rotterdam, facilitates the market research industry by providing reliable data through the use of proprietary online access panels.
SSI operates in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan and is known for its expertise in telephone, internet, and mail sampling. It is a privately owned company, with a management team and consortium of investors led by Boston Ventures as its owners.
The acquisition of Bloomerce by SSI further enhances SSI’s position in the realm of internet-based panels in Europe.
