Standard Investment sold Terwa to Deutsche Private Equity
Standard Investment sold its portfolio company Terwa to Deutsche Private Equity (DPE). PhiDelphi acted as advisor to Standard Investment.
Idgar van Kippersluis, partner and founder of Standard Investment: “The sale of Terwa to DPE was complex because of the existing commercial relationship between Terwa and Westfalia. PhiDelphi optimised the chance of success by keeping control of the process and by continuously thinking two steps ahead while safeguarding Terwa’s commercial interests.”
