Triacta sold part of TBS Soest to Synthesis
TBS Soest, a portfolio company of Triacta, sold its synthetic product division KST to Synthesis. Following the transaction, TBS will further focus on cast iron and concrete road and water construction products.

TBS Soest (www.tbs.nl) designs and produces water- and road construction products including street and kerb gullies and manhole covers. TBS Soest, acquired by Triacta in 2017, is part of the active buy-and-build strategy of Triacta in water and road construction products.
Synthesis (www.synthesis-dronten.nl) designs and produces synthetic water level regulation products. The company is located in Emmeloord.
